This doesn’t explain the apostrophe, but his tattoo could also mean “fuck you fuck niggas” (fuck niggas being like bitch ass nigga, pussy nigga, etc.) especially if he’s from a southern state.
Yeah that sounds right to me. That apostrophe is just mind blowing. I’d love to know if he had a reason for it.
